My favorite movie of all times

In this post I like to talk about my favorite movie of all times, which is "As good as it gets", I really don't know why is this my favorite because I usually prefer thrillers rather than comedy or romantic movies, well this is kind of both, is really far from beeing a thriller, it doesn´t have bad guys,only real life situations presented in a funny perspective, the leader role is performed by Jack Nicholson who is "Melvin Udall". Here is a little bit of this story.

Melvin is a romantic novelist who is a selfish manic compulsive who is rude and insulting to all he meets. When Melvin's gay neighbour is beaten up and robbed, Melvin agrees to look after his dog. The dog gives Melvin something to care about other than himself and his life is approaching normal until his regular waitress has to leave work to look after her asthmatic son and his neighbour wants his dog back. Melvin starts to realise that his life needs others for more than just selfish reasons.

Well I need to mention that I really love the little dog called "Verdell" is a very cute dog and he brings a lot to the movie, and I think he is a very good actor too!.
