ORIGIN OF WINDOWS XP DEFAULT WALLPAPER

Have you ever thought what is this picture, where does it come from and other details? This is a photograph of a landscape in Sonoma County, California, from which the famous Bliss image, used as the default computer wallpaper on Windows XP, was produced. The photograph was taken by the professional photographer Charles O’Rear. Inside you’ll find the Bliss image to compare with, the same view shot 10 years later and a photo by the Swiss artist who managed to find a view post factum, which looks even more like the Bliss image!

COMING BACK TO SCHOOL

Coming back to school has not been as difficult as I tought. The only thing I miss from vacations is spending more time with my family. On the other hand I have the opportunity of catch up with my friends in class. Sometimes we feel a little worried about final assignments but I hope we finish succesfully. Anyway I think we must enjoy the time left togheter because this semester is almost finished.
